Lawrenceville Church of God

After many years of prayer and planning, construction is now complete and the members of Lawrenceville Church of God have a new house of worship. The 18,000 sf facility sits on nearly 25 acres at the corner of Ohio S.R. 41 and Fox Hollow Road north of Springfield, just a mile and a half south of it’s previous location within the community of Lawrenceville.

The new facility has sanctuary seating for 300 and a control mezzanine for audio/visual controls. The banquet and recreation area is approximately 4,100 sf, allowing the church plenty of space for it’s growing congregation. This expansion includes accessible classrooms, administrative offices and a kitchen all on one level.

Kapp Construction conducted value engineering prior to construction and suggested metal building design adjustments as well as electrical and mechanical redesigns, saving Lawrenceville Church of God nearly $500,000.The facility is constructed of concrete, pre-engineered metal building and masonry.

 

This new building will be a great asset, a tool, to help bring healing, love and hope to our community. We've appreciated Kapp Construction's assistance in getting this new tool of ours into a budget we can afford. They have been very helpful in making this building possible.
