Settler's Ridge

This housing facility was designed for a new residential area in the City of Urbana, Ohio. Covering over 54,400 sf, it consists of eight separate buildings, each containing eight multi-family units.

The scope of this project also included site and utility development. The units themselves are of wood frame construction consistent with the neighborhood area.
