IOOF Fellow's Terrace

This 60,000 sf, three-story, unassisted living facility was built to serve the local elderly community in addition to the existing IOOF Rebekah Lodge Home in Springfield.

One and two bedroom apartments comprise the living quarters of the facility. Additionally, there are a number of amenities included, such as full laundry facilities, community room with kitchen and cooking facilities, beauty shop and a library for socializing and recreational reading.
