Theracare

Designed as an occupational and rehabilitative center, the Theracare Physical Therapy facility was built to complement the business and residential neighborhood with a stylish exterior.

TheraCare purchased a piece of property nestled between a residential neighborhood and a busy retail corridor. Formerly a residential property, the site had grade differential in excess of four feet.

Through cooperative effort of the builder and Architect the lot was reshaped and lowered to allow ADA client accessibility in the front parking lot and employee parking at the rear of the building.

Inside, the high vaulted ceilings and large window walls in the office space and the physical therapy area create a pleasurable, relaxing experience for both the clients and the therapists.
